|Elon Musk, a true visionary of our time, presents his vision for the system to bring humans to the moon and Mars. Musk unveils the BFR, it’s next generation rocket that will make the current fleet redundant. Musk and his team at SpaceX plan to start building the BFR in 2018 and hope to send supplies to Mars in 2022 with follow up human voyages in 2024.
This week at the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Adelaide, Australia, SpaceX CEO and Lead Designer Elon Musk will provide an update to his 2016 presentation regarding the long-term technical challenges that need to be solved to support the creation of a permanent, self-sustaining human presence on Mars.
